Alabama Rejects WHO Takeover of Healthcare

State Shield commends Alabama Governor Kay Ivey, who today signed a Joint Resolution of the Alabama House and Senate opposing the WHO treaty, joining to reject the surrender of healthcare authority to an unelected international bureaucracy.

There are a number of reports circulating this morning that the wheels may be falling off the WHO’s car in Geneva. The by-product of efforts promoting transparency from State Shield, Sovereignty Coalition and other activists groups in the United States is creating an atmosphere of continued questioning, skepticism, and delay in action among the World Health Assembly. As a result, it’s becoming apparent the WHA will not be able to finish its work by its extended deadline of May 10. This is the good news. The bad news is they will most likely reconvene in six months. Their objective remains getting it done before the next American presidential election - meaning get it done while they still have President Biden’s full support.
